System registration

How to join the scheme
Registration under our schemes is made through our web-based platform by entering the “Adhesión”(= Membership) section and entering the basic information regarding the company, commercialised equipment and categories covered, etc. Once a company sends us this first item of information we sign a membership contract under which its responsibility as producer is ‘transferred’ to the scheme and by which general terms of operative and collection are established.

Steps that must be followed:

	Filling in and sending the Registration form.
	Depending on the products marketed, the platform will manage the registration of the adequate SIG or SIG’s.
	The system will send the Registration Contract/s that must be signed and submitted.
	After the registration, you will be able to present the quarterly Declarations of the products marketed through the Declaration Module.
	Depending on the declarations presented, the system will invoice after the current quarter, in accordance with the rates approved by the Integrated Management System for each type of product.
