The purpose of the Foundation for the Environmental Management of Office Equipment is the design, organisation and management of an Integrated Management System for the waste of office automation and reprographics equipment, including all consumables, through the registration in the system of manufacturers, importers or community purchasers, agents or representatives, or any other person in charge of marketing this type of equipment, which will create waste, including collaboration agreements with the corresponding Administrations.
The Foundation was created on the 13th of February 2002 and is registered in the Registry of Foundations of the Ministry for the Environment, which exerts the corresponding protectorate since September 2004.
It offers management solutions for reprographics, computing, printing and general office automation waste, used at homes and offices.
